The MYD induction weld preheating & PWHT machine is air cooling with DSP + PLC control. On which we can set the heating temperature, heating time and cooling speed. MYF Melting Furnace is designed for Non-ferrous and ferrous Metal Melting. Which is used for Steel,Copper, Aluminum, Zinc, Tin and Lead melting. The power size is 15KW-600KW.
The Induction Heating Power and Melting Furnace are equipped with water cooling system. The air cooling ones will need customization.The SiC and Graphite Crucible furnace capacity is 100-1000kg copper or equivalent. In general, it will cost 300-350KW*H electric power to melt 1MT copper.
