Induction Hardening Machine

MY high frequency (30-100KHz)  induction heater 15-45KW is for copper/steel tube, blade, tool and knife Brazing. MYH ultra-high frequency(100KHz-1.1MHz) induction heater 3.2-6.0KW for smaller tools Brazing. The brazing material is Phosphor copper solder( higher temperature) or Silver copper solder ( lower temperature).

As the shaft or tube hardening, the higher the frequency, the thicker quenching depth, the greater quenching hardness.
