Weld preheating & PWHT Machine SMD-700 is designed for heating treatment with temperature ≤700℃. The induction heater is air cooling with PID & PLC control. Can set the preheating time, preheating speed, soaking temperature, soaking time, cooling temperature and cooling speed. It is widely used for weld preheating, pwht, postweld heating treatment, stress reliving and so on.

SMD-700-80KW can be used for weld preheating and PWHT.

The using fields involve Pipeline construction, bridge construction, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding and offshore platform construction, anti corrosion of heat shrinkable pipe, motor manufacturing and maintenance, shaft sleeve removing, ect.

Comparing with the ceramic pads heating system, this Induction heating is the metal in the magnetic field heating itself. Which is direct heating with 3-8 times Rapider and 20-80% energy saving than the Ceramic heating pads.
