PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Induction preheat SMD300 is designed for rapid heating ≤300℃. This SMD series induction heating system are digital heating system. We can set the heating temperature and time. The heating system will fulfil the heating process itself. The main applications are weld joint heating, shrink fitting, heating removing, thermal assembly.
The using fields involve Pipeline construction, bridge construction, boiler and pressure vessel manufacturing, shipbuilding and offshore platform construction, anti corrosion of heat shrinkable pipe, motor manufacturing and maintenance, shaft sleeve removing, ect.
Comparing with the ceramic pads heating system, this Induction heating is the metal in the magnetic field heating itself. Which is direct heating with 3-8 times rapider and 20-80% energy saving than the ceramic heating pads. Especially for rapid heating like motor casing and shaft thermal assembly & disassembly, the induction heating will win the heating speed.
